Human Resources Policies

Tepe Servis ve Yönetim A.Ş. has created its Human Resources Management politics in line with Bilkent Holding’s values. When choosing applicants for employment it has been deemed important that they are contemporary, in accordance with Atatürk’s views, open to change and innovation, are energetic, aim to develop themselves and different systems, are experts in the position they are applying for and  have  knowledge, information, skills and experience.

As HR Coordinator, by presenting a stance of internal and external customer-satisfaction for work processes, our “Recruitment”  policies are based on the following principles; “The right person for the right job”, “Equal opportunity for all”, “Accordance with company criteria” and “Respect to people”. Our recruitment processes are formed according to need and are supported with ‘ORIENTATION’ and ‘TRAINING’ programmes.

Within the scope of HR, in order to increase employee satisfaction, motivational events are organised and platforms are created where employees can freely express themselves. Meetings, social events and individual-group get-togethers are organised for all field personnel including those planning field visits.
